(HOUSTON, December 2019) – A $300,000 2016 McLaren 650S owned by Cincinnatti Reds pitcher Trevor Bauer was destroyed in a strange accident at a Houston dealership today. Although the vehicle was safely parked inside the dealership, it was declared totaled in the accident that started with a truck tire falling off an 18-wheeler on the highway. According to Fox 59 Houston, the tire rolled across six lanes of traffic, hit a wall, crashed through a double-paned glass window at the dealership. Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident. The sportscar was insured, but was declared totaled due to the extensive damage.
