The accident involved two vehicles and was reported at around 9 a.m. this morning. One car reportedly caught fire and the patient inside was extricated from the vehicle. At least one person was hospitalized.

The incident happened in the road’s 10900 block early this morning, when the driver of a black Chevrolet Camaro rammed an Aldine ISD cruiser. The police car was pushed through a concrete wall, and the officer inside suffered minor injuries.
The suspect in the Camaro drove away from the scene without stopping. A search is now underway.

HOUSTON, TX – According to ABC13, a woman has been charged with intoxication manslaughter after a DUI crash killed a passenger in her vehicle.
29-year-old Ana Flores reportedly crashed her GMC Sierra on North Wilcrest Drive near Memorial Drive at around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 21. One passenger in her vehicle died at the crash scene. Flores and another passenger were hospitalized due to the incident.
Police are still investigating the crash but suspect that alcohol played a role.

HOUSTON, TX – According to ABC13, two people have died following a car crash at a car meet near US-290 and W Little York Road.
The accident took place at around 9:35 p.m., when a Chevrolet Camaro crashed into a Chevrolet Malibu at about 100 miles per hour, pushing the Malibu into three pedestrians.
One pedestrian, Roger Glover, 35, died at the crash scene. The two others were rushed to hospitals, where one later died.
The Camaro’s driver, Andrew Mock, 22, has been arrested.
Neither occupant of the Malibu was seriously hurt, although one voluntarily sought medical attention.

HOUSTON, TX – A two-year-old girl was killed and several other people were injured following a crash near US 290 and Bingle Road that investigators believe may have been caused by an impaired driver.
KTRK reports that the collision happened at about 3:15 p.m. on Friday, when a green Ford pickup truck sped through a red light and t-boned a Toyota minivan, which ricocheted into a third vehicle. A two-year-old passenger was ejected from the minivan and was one of four patients rushed to a nearby hospital.
Unfortunately, the child succumbed to her injuries. Her mother and an older sibling were treated for injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Houston police are investigating to determine whether the driver of the Ford was intoxicated at the time of the crash, and are conducting witness interviews. We will update this story if more information becomes available.

The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, two vehicles were involved. The freeway was blocked for about an hour while emergency crews worked at the scene.
