After my son’s accident, we had a very hard time getting any medical attention for him. We tried to take him to our primary care physician and he would not see him. We tried calling our insurance provider and they informed me that the person or persons at fault would have to take care of it. We were just not getting anywhere and he needed immediate care. Needless to say we were getting frustrated.

He was able to get Miguel the medical attention that he needed and for that I am very grateful, through him we started working with Mr. Fernando Garza and then eventually with Mr. Luciano Garza.

Mr. Luciano Garza has been very helpful in getting the medical appointments that my son needed and in a timely manner. He always kept me updated and followed up with us. In fact I think he had more trouble with me being responsive. He always took into consideration the times and dates that I needed since he knew I had to work and I was the only transportation for my son.

I hope to eventually meet him in person, since our only communication was by phone and email. I am very grateful for all he did for my son.
