CROSBY, TX – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a possible drunk driving accident on Foley Road on Thursday evening.

The driver left the roadway and crashed into a ditch and mailbox around 8:03 p.m. that evening. The driver was not seriously hurt in the accident but was tested for a DWI. It is not known if they were arrested.

HOUSTON, TX – The exit ramp on IH-10 Katy was closed after a collision on Thursday afternoon, the team at Houston TranStar reports.

Woman killed in wrong-way crash in southwest Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A woman was killed in a wrong-way crash in southwest Houston on the morning of Wednesday, August 12, according to Click2Houston.

A woman was reportedly driving her vehicle the wrong way on the southbound lanes of the Beltway near Westheimer around 12:30 a.m. She then crashed head-on into the driver of a pickup truck. She was killed upon impact, while the driver of the pickup truck is expected to survive his injuries.

Woman dies from injuries sustained in crash on West Montgomery Road

HOUSTON, TX – A woman died from injuries sustained in a crash on West Montgomery Road in late July, according to a press release just issued by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

On July 25, Leslie Lagunas was traveling near 4800 Breen Drive when she and Cruz Perez collided with one another, close to the road’s intersection with West Montgomery Road. Lagunas was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident and suffered critical injuries. She was transported to Ben Taub Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries on July 26.

Driver suffering from gunshot wounds crashes truck on the Gulf Freeway

HOUSTON, TX – A driver suffering from multiple gunshot wounds crashed his truck on the Gulf Freeway on the night of August 4, according to KHOU 11.
