Driver charged with intoxication manslaughter following accident on Highway 6
HOUSTON, TX – According to KHOU, a driver has been charged with intoxication manslaughter following a fatal car accident on Highway 6.
The crash took place at around 1 a.m. this morning when pulled out of a driveway and was struck by a Lexus. The victim’s vehicle rolled over and they were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The Lexus’s driver showed signs of intoxication and has now been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
