Driver hospitalized in critical condition following crash on Beltway 8
HOUSTON, TX – According to a tweet from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Night Watch Captain, a driver has been hospitalized in critical condition following a crash on Beltway 8 near Veterans Memorial Drive.
District 1 responded to a 3 car crash on BW8E at Veterans Memorial. A driver has been transported to a hospital in critical condition. Vehicular Crimes unit is investigating. The incident took place last night and involved three vehicles. The driver of one of the vehicles was hospitalized in critical condition. Police are investigating, and it appears that intoxication played a role in the accident.
